    1. Hey, there's a few things that I really enjoy and food and exercising would be at least two of them. Sure looks good to me...I'm makining that TODAY...god luck everyone!!!

  3. i've heard that popcorn was a decent snack between meals.....but do stay away from the extreme butter flavored. i did compare the light or no butter with the ultimate move theater butter flovored popcorn an the numbers from calories to fat was ridiculous. BEWARE

    1. You are absolutely right, if you love your popcorn with a lot of butter, then it can not be used as a healthy snack. A great brand is Smart Balance, always remember to check the calories and sodium level on any packaged item (snack).

  4. I'll be adding grapes and melons to my diet, primarly for a snack between meals. I really like grapes and cantalope and becides they are full of water, so i think it's a pretty healthy choice. What type of fruit will you add to your diet?????
