Good morning everyone,
today let's focus on continuing our challenge with our water intake. For a lot of us it is a challenge to get an adequate amount of water every day, and now we're pushing the bar to a significant amount, plus we are eliminating other fluid intake. Listen I get it, you may slip up and add something, that's ok, the goal is to make water a top priority in your life. If we are able to increase our water intake by eliminating the other fluid that we would normally drink , we are going to make a difference in our body, especially with our weight.

ReplyDeleteI am ashame to say that I just started on my water.....boo.... I am working on a 20oz bottle now..... Oh yeah
ReplyDeleteI started my day off track b/c i left my water at home and have been on the go. Busy, Busy day! I am on track now and sure I will meet my daily consumption goal if not more by the end on the evening. It's basically mind over matter for me when I do get tired of drinking water some times. Any how, good luck to you all in meeting your personal daily goal(s).

I did not drink as much water yesterday as I would have liked, but I am on it today! I went to Wal-Mart and got a bottle that holds 33.9 ozs of water. I also purchased a ball to do the inner thigh excerises as well as a jump rope. For those who are on a budget like me, it was only $12 for all three items! I'm so ready to be 150 at 32! Good luck eveyone.
