Good morning,
We have gone pass the middle of the week, I am hoping to hear of progress by those of us taking the challenge. Share with us what you are experiencing, good or bad, you maybe able to help someone who's experiencing the same thing, or get help by the advise of someone.
I wanted to address this issue that was brought to my attention a few days ago, hunger. Because we are cutting our meals in half (hopefully everyone is doing that by now) some people are complaining that they feel as if they are starving their body.
The idea is to eat less of your main meal and snack on healthy snacks in between. If you are feeling hungry 2 hours after you had your lunch, by all means grab an apple, a handful of nuts etc. By doing that you are cutting down on your caloric intake and boosting your metabolism at the same time. Please don't forgot to continue drinking water, it is needed by our bodies and can also act as an appetite suppressant.
Ok guys, let's say afloat of this issue, and if you are having difficulties staying motivated share that with us, we will help in whatever way we can. Stay healthy and keep trucking.
I can relate to this issue, but I figured you wanted us to snack, plus I have been drinking a glass of water before meals and that's been working out great for me.
ReplyDeleteTo give an update on my progress, I have lost 2lbs combining last week and this week, I haven't been consistent with anything, but the little changes are working for me. Good luck to everyone.
Congrats!!! It's really good to hear that, keep up the hard work. Stay healthy and keep updating us.
DeleteAlso, consider your heaviest/largest meal should not be in the evening for dinner but mid day. Dinner also should not be eaten no later than seven in the evening (six would be ideal). My shameful thing this week is having a (1) glass of wine or a (1) corona light before bed after I have worked out at that...

Hello,
ReplyDeleteI really exited to report that I have lost 4lbs from last week to now, for me the water is the key. I am so thrilled, can't wait to lose more.
The trick for me is my breakfast and to stay consistant with the times that I eat. Then i'm less likely to want to grab a big meal after not eating for 4-6 hours. I snank on mainly fruits and water between meals and its working for me. Plus i stay away from late meals, maybe a late snack and water but NO late heavy meals. I usually drink a glass of water about an 30mins to an hour before a main meal. GOOD LUCK everyone, hope this helps someone else!
