Hello fellow blog members. I'm just getting on for the first time this week. Been a little distracted; I need to do better. The challenge has me really excited! Speeding up my metabolism is a big part of reaching my goal of losing 15 lbs! Good luck everyone!

I didn't do so well because i left out my snacks between meals, but i am staying consistant with drinking water with and between meals. I feel pretty good about that, i hope everyone else is having some success. see you at the goal line!
good morning everyone. today is usually the day i pig out but now that is all over. I'll start the day with only 1 french toast, a bowl of fruit, and some OJ. usually its 2 french toast, eggs, bacon and OJ. good luck :)
vegetable soup, a spinach salad (something i'd never tried before), 2 bread sticks, and water (i didn't drink my usual pop). hope everyone is having some kind of success, cause i know cutting back is not the easiest thing to do.
